นโยบายการคืนเงิน

ของในร้านดาวเป็นสินค้าดิจิทัลที่ส่งเข้าบัญชีทันทีเมื่อชำระสำเร็จ จึงไม่รับคืนเมื่อเปลี่ยนใจ ยกเว้นกรณีต่อไปนี้ ซึ่งเราคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนผ่านช่องทางที่ชำระมา:

• ถูกตัดเงินแต่ไม่ได้รับของภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง
• ถูกตัดเงินซ้ำสำหรับคำสั่งซื้อเดียวกัน
• ระบบของเราผิดพลาดจนใช้ของที่ซื้อไม่ได้

วิธีขอคืนเงิน

ติดต่อตามช่องทางด้านบนภายใน 14 วันหลังชำระ พร้อมชื่อตัวละครและเลขคำสั่งซื้อ (#… ในร้านดาว › เติมดาว › ประวัติการซื้อ) · เราตอบภายใน 3 วันทำการ

เมื่อคืนเงินแล้ว

ดาวและวันสมาชิกที่ได้จากคำสั่งซื้อนั้นถูกหักคืน (ถ้าใช้ดาวไปแล้ว ยอดดาวติดลบได้ และซื้อของด้วยดาวไม่ได้จนกว่ายอดกลับเป็นบวก) · การปฏิเสธการชำระกับธนาคาร (chargeback) โดยไม่ติดต่อเราก่อน อาจทำให้บัญชีถูกระงับ

Refunds

Star shop items are digital and arrive at once, so a change of mind is not refunded. We refund in full, the way you paid, when you were charged but got nothing within 24 hours, were charged twice for one order, or a fault of ours makes the purchase unusable. Contact us within 14 days of paying with your character's name and the order number (#… in the star shop › history); we answer within 3 working days. A refund takes back the stars and member days the order gave (stars may go below 0, and nothing can be bought with stars until they are back above). A chargeback without contacting us first may get the account suspended.
